The M-3SED6UK1X/350CG24N9K4/V valve belongs to the M-SED Poppet Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits. It performs a 3/2 directional poppet function so it can start, stop, or divert flow on command. Actuation is handled by a wet-pin solenoid with a detachable coil that simplifies replacement work. The solenoid operates on a nominal 24 V DC supply with a ±10 % tolerance. Power draw is fixed at 30 W, allowing power supplies to be sized confidently. Electrical connection uses a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 plug, and with this connector fitted the unit achieves IP65 protection against dust and water jets. Continuous service is enabled by a 150 °C maximum coil temperature together with a 100 % duty cycle.
The hydraulic section can withstand pressures up to 350 bar, suiting high-pressure installations. A maximum switching frequency of 15 000 cycles per hour supports rapid control sequences. Mineral oil of grades HL or HLP to DIN 51524 is the approved fluid. Fluid cleanliness must not exceed ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to prevent blocking of the poppet seat. Sealing is provided by FKM elastomer for temperature and chemical resistance. The valve can be installed in any orientation without performance loss. A concealed manual override designated N9 allows mechanical operation if electrical control is unavailable.
