The valve is normally closed, so flow is blocked until the solenoid is energized. Three main ports allow connection to pressure, tank, and actuator lines. A concealed manual override lets maintenance staff shift the valve without power, while a 1.2 mm throttle orifice is included to meter flow on opening. The assembly withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar, provided the hydraulic fluid meets ISO 4406 cleanliness level 20/18/15 to protect the poppet seat. Mounting orientation is optional, so the body can be installed in any position inside the manifold or line block without affecting performance.
