The M-3SED6CK1X/350CG205K4 valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the M-SED Poppet Valves series and serves to route pressurized oil in automated hydraulic systems. It performs a 3/2 directional poppet function, and its body carries three main ports to match that switching logic. In the de-energized state the poppet remains closed, preventing flow until commanded. Actuation is handled by a wet-pin solenoid with a detachable coil that operates at 205 V DC. The coil can be rotated 90° for easier cable alignment, accepts a ±10 % voltage variation, and is designed for continuous operation with a 100 % duty cycle.
The assembly withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar, while a peak switching frequency of 15 000 cycles per hour supports high-speed sequencing. Electrical demand is limited to 30 W, and internal parts tolerate coil temperatures to 150 °C. When a mating connector is fitted the enclosure meets IP65, and fluid cleanliness must equal ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15. Compatible media are HL and HLP oils specified in DIN 51524. There is no manual override, so every shift relies exclusively on the solenoid signal.
