The AZPG-22-036RDC12MA gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the High Performance AZPG Gear Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic oil for automation that requires steady flow under high load. The pump is built for clockwise rotation, aligning with engine driven transmissions that turn in the same direction. Each revolution moves 36 cm³ of fluid, setting the base flow rate for system calculations. A two-hole SAE J744 101-2 size B front flange holds the body rigidly against prime movers. Power enters through a shaft that follows the ANSI B92.1 16/32 spline, and the assembly accepts up to 300 Nm of drive torque. Continuous operation is rated at 250 bar, while speed can be regulated between 500 rpm and a maximum of 2800 rpm so the unit can serve low speed positioning circuits as well as high throughput loops.
Pressure surges and changing loads are handled by additional limits that allow 280 bar intermittently and short peaks of 300 bar. Oil exits and returns through SAE UN-2B boss O-ring line connections, a design that provides axial clamping and radial sealing without separate adapters. Port A is threaded 1 5/16-12 UN-2B, and port B is threaded 1 5/8-12 UN-2B, giving technicians direct hose compatibility for supply and return lines. The internal sealing package uses NBR material for resistance to common hydraulic fluids, while a 42 × 26 × 7 shaft lip seal prevents leakage at the drive interface. The standardized connection set streamlines installation across mobile or industrial frames and keeps maintenance predictable throughout the pump’s service life.
