The AZPG-22-032RQC40MB SO270 gear pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the High Performance AZPG Gear Pumps series and supplies hydraulic flow to automated machinery. A geometric displacement of 32 cm³/rev sets the volume delivered per shaft turn, giving predictable flow when speed is known. The unit maintains system force with a maximum continuous pressure of 250 bar, while a 280 bar intermittent rating tolerates short overloads. Up to 180 Nm can be applied to the drive shaft, matching common engine or motor outputs. Clockwise rotation is fixed, so circuit designers must orient inlet and outlet ports accordingly. A SAE J744 101-2 (B) two-hole mounting flange positions the housing on standard power-take-off faces.
The pump also accepts 300 bar pressure peaks that arise during rapid load changes.
