The AZPG-22-032RDC20MB gear pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the High Performance AZPG Gear Pumps series. Designed to supply pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation, the unit turns in a clockwise direction and delivers 32 cm³ per revolution, giving predictable displacement for fixed-flow circuits. It tolerates continuous service at 250 bar so actuators receive stable force during steady machine duty. The pump can run as slowly as 500 rpm for low-noise idling and up to 2800 rpm at rated power point P2, covering a broad speed envelope for variable-speed drives. There are no restrictions on installation position, simplifying placement in horizontal or vertical layouts. A 2-hole flange measuring 101.6 mm in diameter to SAE J744 101-2 forms the front cover, and the housing can be secured either by a flange or through-bolting with a spigot to match the mounting geometry of existing equipment.
Power transmission is handled by an SAE J744 22-4 13T splined drive shaft, and the splines follow the ANSI B92.1 13T 16/32 standard to ensure interchangeability with common couplings. The shaft is rated to pass up to 300 Nm of torque without slippage, allowing the pump to withstand startup surges. Hydraulic lines attach through a Square Flange 20 interface, and M8 bolts lock the flange to maintain port alignment under pressure. The design accepts intermittent pressure to 280 bar and can absorb peaks to 300 bar during momentary load spikes, giving headroom for dynamic machine cycles. NBR sealing material contains the working fluid and resists wear from standard mineral oils. Together these features let the pump integrate into automated presses, molding machines, and other hydraulic systems that demand reliable flow while accommodating rapid pressure fluctuations.
