The AZ-P-G-22-036-RQC12MB SO022 gear pump is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the High Performance AZPG Gear Pumps series and supplies pressurized fluid in hydraulic automation circuits. It turns in a clockwise direction to match standard engine PTO layouts, and its geometric displacement is 36 cm³ per revolution for predictable flow output. Continuous and intermittent operation are both allowed up to 250 bar, while brief pressure peaks can reach 300 bar without damaging the housing. Power is transmitted through an SAE J744 22-1 parallel-key drive shaft, and the key itself measures 6.35 × 25.4 mm to fit common couplings. Under full load the shaft can deliver up to 180 Nm of torque, enabling the pump to move viscous fluids at rated pressure.
An SAE J744 101-2 (B) two-hole flange positions the unit on the power train and maintains alignment with external piping. The maximum rotational speed at the P2 pressure rating is 2800 rpm, supporting high flow when the system demands it. Minimum speed limits depend on operating pressure and fluid viscosity: 1000 rpm between 100 and 180 bar at 12 mm²/s, 1200 rpm from 180 bar up to P2 at the same viscosity, and 500 rpm when pressure is below 100 bar or when 25 mm²/s fluid is used at P2. A 1 5/16-12 UN-2B O-ring thread forms the pressure port, and suction is taken through a 1 5/8-12 UN-2B O-ring thread to minimize inlet losses.
