The AZ-P-G-22-032-RQC12MB gear pump is part of the High Performance AZPG Gear Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth, intended to generate constant flow in hydraulic automation circuits. Its geometric displacement of 32 cm³ per revolution defines the volume delivered each shaft turn. The pump accepts a clockwise rotation direction so it fits systems wired for right-hand drive. Continuous operation is supported up to 250 bar, while brief intermittent loading may rise to 280 bar and short peaks can reach 300 bar, giving designers clear pressure limits. A maximum rotational speed of 2800 rpm permits high flow rates, whereas speed should not drop below 1000 rpm when line pressure is between 100 and 180 bar and may be reduced to 500 rpm when pressure is under 100 bar.

The flange complies with SAE J744 code 101-2 (B) and presents a bolt circle diameter of 101.6 mm for secure fixation. Hydraulic connections are threaded: the suction port uses 1 5/8-12 UN-2B, while the pressure port is cut to 1 5/16-12 UN-2B, supporting common tube adapters. A nitrile rubber shaft seal sized 42 × 26 × 7 mm contains fluid and blocks external contamination during service.
