The FES40CA-3X/670LK4M is a throttle valve in the FES Throttle Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation where accurate flow restriction is required. Its size 40 format allows direct mounting in high-capacity manifold cavities, while the maximum operating pressure of 315 bar lets the main stage work in heavy-duty circuits without derating. Flow is intended to pass from port A to port B with the pilot line X tied to port A, so installation must follow this orientation. A nominal flow of 670 L/min at a 10 bar pressure drop provides the reference metering point for system designers, and at least 15 bar inlet pressure is needed to keep the throttle stable.
