EG eLion Encoder Cables

The EG eLion Encoder Cables series is a family of Bosch Rexroth low-voltage signal cables used between eLION EDS1 inverters and EMS1 motors. The series carries resolver and temperature-monitoring signals from the motor to the inverter and also provides the low-voltage supply required for those sensing functions. Across the range, the cables use a 17-pin M23 connector format and are available with straight or 90-degree connector versions to suit different installation layouts. The cable construction is designed for off-highway use with EMC shielding, twisted-pair signal design, protection against environmental influences defined by ISO 16750, and fixed-installation temperature capability from -40 to +100 °C. The series is intended to provide the feedback and sensor connection needed for motor monitoring and speed-position detection in eLION electric drive systems.
