DR10DP3-4X/150YM

The DR10DP3-4X/150YM is a pilot-operated pressure reducing valve in the DR Pressure Reducing Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is installed in hydraulic automation systems to maintain a constant reduced pressure downstream of the unit. The valve is built in size NG 10, allowing it to handle medium flow rates while fitting common subplate patterns. Subplate mounting simplifies removal for service and keeps pipework to a minimum. The subplate version can pass up to 80 l/min, giving sufficient capacity for cylinders or motors that require stable control. An input side operating limit of 315 bar lets the body accept high supply pressures without structural overstress. Internal pilot oil supply eliminates external feed lines, while external pilot oil return directs the pilot flow safely back to tank to avoid backpressure that could disturb regulation.

Nominal pressure is rated at 315 bar, providing a reference value for setting the secondary pressure range in the circuit. Oil cleanliness must reach class ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 so that the precision pilot stage remains free of contamination. The valve uses NBR seals, giving chemical compatibility with standard mineral-based hydraulic fluids and maintaining leak-free performance over temperature changes. A mass of 3.2 kg for the subplate form eases manual installation during machine assembly. Because the allowable installation position is any, designers can orient the housing horizontally or vertically without affecting function.
