The Bosch Rexroth DBW20BG2-5X/200-6EG24N9K4 is part of the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. This pressure relief valve features a set pressure rating of 200 bar and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. Maximum flow through its threaded connections reaches 500 liters per minute. It has a normally open directional valve and uses a protective cap for pressure adjustment. The main ports use a G1 thread type, and the connection type is threaded as well. The valve includes an electrical connector compliant with EN 175301-803 and operates at a nominal voltage of 24 V DC. It is designed with internal pilot oil supply and return, and features a concealed manual override. The valve fits with 4 M16×50 mounting screws and requires a mounting screw torque of 185 Nm.
