The Bosch Rexroth DBW10B1-5X/315-6EW230N9K4 is part of the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. This valve is designed for subplate mounting and follows the ISO 6264-06-09-*-97 porting pattern. It supports a nominal size of NG10 and uses a 230 V AC coil with operation at 50 or 60 Hz. The product features a normally open directional valve state and internal pilot oil supply and return. Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar at ports p and x, 315 bar at port t, and up to 160 bar for version 6EW at ports y and t. The pressure can be adjusted using a rotary knob, and a concealed manual override option is included. The valve is suitable for hydraulic fluids with viscosities from 10 to 800 mm²/s, operating in ambient temperatures from -20 to 50 °C with NBR seals and fluid temperatures from -20 to 80 °C.
