The DBETE-6X/350G24K31F1V valve belongs to the DB Pressure Relief Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and limits hydraulic pressure in automated circuits. It can be adjusted up to a maximum set pressure of 350 bar, and the pilot port p, X tolerates the same 350 bar operating pressure, while the tank port t is rated for 315 bar. Electrical power is supplied at 24 VDC through a DIN EN 175201-804 K31 connector, and the integrated amplifier receives a 4–20 mA command to modulate outlet pressure. A monitor pin outputs 1 mV for every 1 mA of solenoid current, giving the controller real-time feedback. During operation the electronics draw no more than 1.5 A, which reduces heat generation and eases power supply sizing.
The proportional solenoid functions between 100 mA and 1600 mA, allowing fine control at low current and full pressure capability at the upper limit. Coil resistance is 5.5 Ω when cold at 20 °C and rises to 8.05 Ω when hot, keeping current within safe limits during continuous duty. The housing reaches IP65 protection when the mating connector is fitted, making the unit suitable for dusty or wet environments, and hydraulic fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15. A 2 A time-lag fuse is required to guard against overcurrent, and FKM seals resist common hydraulic media and elevated temperatures.
