The DBETBEX-1X/180G24K31A1M pressure relief valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. It maintains a controlled bypass path in hydraulic automation circuits to prevent pressure peaks from damaging downstream components. ISO 4406 cleanliness code 18/16/13 is required for the inlet fluid, limiting particulate levels that could prevent tight pressure control. The assembly tolerates a continuous working pressure of 315 bar on the inlet gallery while the pilot stage sees a maximum pressure of 250 bar, ensuring durability under normal and transient loads.
