The Bosch Rexroth DBDS20K1X/25V is part of the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. This valve features a screw-in cartridge connection and fits mounting cavities of the DBD NG20 type. It has a nominal size of 20 and uses a poppet seat type for operation. The pressure relief function is set with a bushing including a hexagon and protective cap. Maximum operating pressure is rated at 400 bar for input and 315 bar for output. The valve handles flow rates up to 250 liters per minute and supports viscosities from 10 mm²/s to 800 mm²/s. Its FKM seals allow it to operate between fluid temperatures of -15 to +80 degrees Celsius. Cleanliness requirements are to ISO 4406 20/18/15 standards, and the valve uses a cavity thread of M45x1.5.
