The DBDS20K1X/210E pressure relief valve belongs to the DB Pressure Relief Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It limits system pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. The response pressure is preset to 210 bar so the valve opens when this threshold is reached and protects downstream components. Port P tolerates up to 400 bar, letting the cartridge handle high upstream pressure, while port T is rated for 315 bar to accommodate return line conditions. A nominal size of 20 establishes the flow path and defines the cavity dimensions for manifold integration. The screw-in cartridge connection style allows direct mounting into threaded blocks, reducing external piping. A poppet seat design gives leak-tight shutoff when the valve is closed.
Adjustment is made through a hexagon with a protective cap, making field pressure tuning simple and shielding the screw from contamination. NBR seals are installed to maintain compatibility with HL and HLP mineral oils specified in DIN 51524. The required cleanliness class of ISO 4406 20/18/15 minimizes wear by limiting solid particle contamination in the fluid. Any installation position is permitted, giving designers freedom in manifold layout. For secure seating, the cartridge should be tightened to 150 Nm for systems operating up to 200 bar and to 300 Nm when pressures reach 400 bar. A 46 mm wrench fits the main body (Sw1) and a 19 mm wrench fits the adjustment section (Sw2), enabling correct assembly and servicing.
