The DBDS20G1X/200 is a pressure relief valve from the DB Pressure Relief Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits that need stable over-pressure protection. Its pressure rating of 200 bar sets the nominal relief point so pumps can run without risk of excessive load. A threaded connection simplifies direct installation in manifolds or line fittings, while a nominal size of 20 determines the internal passage area for medium-capacity flow paths. The valve can withstand a maximum inlet pressure of 400 bar, allowing it to sit upstream of high-pressure pumps without structural damage. Hydraulic fluid temperature limits of –30 to +80 °C let the valve function during cold starts and under elevated tank temperatures typical of continuous duty cycles. Correct clamping is guided by a mounting screw torque of 28 Nm, ensuring the body seats evenly against adapters. External piping should be tightened to 380 Nm, preventing joint loosening under pulsating flow. Internal pressure adjustments are secured by a plug screw torque of 135 Nm, maintaining set-point stability against vibration.
