The Bosch Rexroth DB52P2-3X/315UV is a pressure relief valve from the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and a set response pressure of 315 bar. The unit is designed for subplate mounting and is compatible with M16 x 150 mounting screws, requiring a screw torque of 230 Nm. The port plug for the M port uses a G1 thread and should be tightened to 225 Nm torque. This valve handles counter pressure at port T up to 15 bar. It can operate with hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HFDU, HFC, and HFDR, and the recommended viscosity range is 12 to 230 mm²/s. The hydraulic fluid temperature range is minus 10 to plus 80 degrees Celsius, and the seal material is FKM. Installation is allowed in any position for greater flexibility.
