The Bosch Rexroth DB52F2-3X/315U is part of the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. This valve is designed with a response pressure setting of 315 bar. It accommodates a flange mounting connection and uses four M16 x 80 screws that require a torque of 210 Nm. The M port features a G1 thread per ISO 228-1 and its plug needs a torque of 225 Nm. For valve mounting, two M12 x 145 screws are required with a tightening torque of 100 Nm, according to EN ISO 4762 standards. The maximum counter pressure at port T with zero flow is 31.5 bar. Installation can be in any position and the minimum cracking pressure version is marked as U. The lock nut is compatible with a 19 mm wrench size.
