The Bosch Rexroth DB20-2-5X/350 is a hydraulic pressure relief valve from the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. It features a nominal size of 25, also referred to as NG25, and uses subplate mounting for installation. The main spool diameter measures 24 mm, and the valve accommodates a maximum flow rate of 500 liters per minute with subplate mounting. The maximum operating pressure at ports P and X is 350 bar, while ports T and Y support up to 315 bar. The pressure adjustment is done using a sleeve with a hexagon and a protective cap. The valve includes an unloading port X and returns pilot oil internally to the tank. Its porting pattern aligns with ISO 6264-08-13-*-97 and it uses four M16 x 50 screws tightened to 185 Nm.
