The Bosch Rexroth DB20-2-5X/200 is a pressure relief valve from the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. This model features a sleeve with hexagon and protective cap adjustment type. It supports a maximum flow rate of 500 liters per minute when used with subplate mounting. The valve is designed with a nominal size of 25, corresponding to NG25. The maximum operating pressure is 350 bar for ports p and x, and 315 bar for ports t and y. Its pressure rating is specified at 200 bar. The porting pattern follows ISO 6264 standards, while pilot oil supply and return are both internal. Recommended screw tightening torque for mounting is 185 Nm using four M16 x 50 – 10.9 screws.
