The Bosch Rexroth DB20-1-5X/200/12 is part of the DB Pressure Relief Valves series. This valve features a rotary knob adjustment type and is designed with a main spool diameter of 24 mm. It has a nominal size of NG25 and supports a maximum set pressure of 200 bar. For operation, the maximum pressures are 350 bar for p,x and 315 bar for t and y ports. The valve allows a maximum flow of 500 liters per minute when used with a subplate. It is installed using four M16 x 50 screws with a mounting torque of 185 Nm according to ISO 4762. The valve can be mounted in any position and supports a wide viscosity range from 10 to 800 mm2/s.
