The Bosch Rexroth DB20-1-5X/100Y belongs to the DB Pressure Relief Valves series and is a pilot-operated pressure relief valve. This model is designed for subplate mounting and features a mounting configuration following the ISO 6264-08-13-*-97 porting pattern. The main spool diameter measures 24 mm, and it uses a rotary knob for pressure adjustment. Its maximum operating pressure reaches up to 350 bar with set pressure specified at 100 bar. The valve is compatible with size 25 (NG25) systems and allows for a maximum flow rate of 500 liters per minute through the subplate. The pilot oil is supplied internally and returned externally via port Y, with both port T and port Y supporting pressures up to 315 bar.
