The DB10-2-5X/100X/12 pressure relief valve belongs to the DB Pressure Relief Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and limits hydraulic pressure in automated circuits. It is dimensioned as size NG10, allowing compatibility with medium-frame subplate manifolds. Connection is realized by subplate mounting, so the body seats directly on a standardized base block following the ISO 6264-06-09-*-97 porting pattern. When installed, an external X port feeds pilot oil to the control stage, while pilot oil returns internally to simplify plumbing. The valve maintains a pressure setting of 100 bar and passes a maximum of 250 l/min through the subplate passages without excessive loss.
Pressure adjustment is made by a sleeve with a hexagon head and a protective cap to secure the setting against unintentional change. The unit can be oriented in any installation position, giving designers flexibility inside power units or manifold stacks. The pilot stage tolerates operating pressures up to 350 bar at ports p and x, while the main gallery limits are 315 bar at both the T and Y ports to protect downstream lines. Mounting screws need to be tightened to 75 Nm to achieve the required sealing load between valve and manifold.
