Control oil is routed internally through the X and Y passages, eliminating external pilot lines. Working ports P, A, and B withstand 250 bar, and the return ports T, x, and y share the same 250 bar limit to simplify circuit design. The pilot stage begins to function at 10 bar and passes 24 l/min to shift the main spool reliably. A ±10 V feedback signal reports spool position for closed-loop control, and overall hysteresis is held below 0.1 percent to preserve accuracy. Installation uses the ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 mounting interface, making the valve interchangeable with other NG16 blocks and ensuring predictable performance in high-pressure hydraulic automation.
