Reliable spool movement requires at least 10 bar of control oil pressure, assuring stable piloting even under low system load. The ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 mounting pattern lets the valve drop onto standardized subplates, reducing custom manifold work. Acceptable oil viscosity extends to 800 mm²/s, which allows cold-start operation with thicker fluids. Cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 18/16/13, so filtration must be sized to keep particulate contamination below that coding to maintain valve accuracy and service life.
