The Z3DREE10VP2-1X valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the 3DR Pressure Reducing Valves series. It is intended to hold a stable secondary pressure in hydraulic automation loops. The nominal size NG10 defines the interface flow capacity for machinery lines handling moderate volumes. A maximum operating pressure of 315 bar lets the unit cope with high supply levels common in industrial presses. The spool valve design provides a linear passage that minimizes hysteresis during pressure adjustment. Pilot-operated actuation allows fine control by using a small pilot flow to move the main spool, reducing the energy needed for position changes. Flow is arranged from port P2 to P1 so circuit designers can place the valve downstream of pumps while still venting to the return manifold. Mounting follows the ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 pattern, enabling direct stacking on standard subplates without additional adapters.

Proportional control means the output pressure follows the input command signal in a continuous manner, allowing programmable pressure ramps in servo-controlled systems. The analog electronics interpret the control voltage and translate it into coil current for smooth magnet force regulation. A 24 VDC supply powers these electronics as well as the solenoid, simplifying cabinet wiring that already carries the same bus voltage. Integrated electronics eliminate the need for an external amplifier card, saving panel space and reducing potential wiring errors. Electrical connection is handled through an EN 175301-804 plug, and the seven pins provide separate terminals for power, command, and feedback lines. Together, this interface scheme supports quick field replacement and ensures consistent performance across diverse hydraulic installations.
