The 3DREP 6 C-21/25EG24N9K4/M valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the 3DR Pressure Reducing Valves series. It is applied in hydraulic automation to hold a constant reduced pressure downstream by shifting an electromagnetic spool. The valve mounts on a subplate that follows the ISO 4401 interface so installers can place it directly on NG6 manifolds. Nominal size 6 keeps the envelope small while still accommodating typical actuator flows. The spool designated by symbol C establishes the reduction circuit required for pilot lines. A 24 V DC solenoid supplies actuation, and its winding resistance of 4.8 Ω at 20 °C produces a maximum steady current of 1.5 A. Continuous energization is possible because the duty cycle is 100 %. When power is unavailable, a concealed N9 manual override permits manual shifting for setup or troubleshooting.
The pressure stage is fixed at 25 bar, allowing the user to set outlet pressure within that range, whereas the inlet side can withstand up to 100 bar without damage. The design passes up to 15 L/min with a 50 bar differential so medium-capacity circuits can be supplied without excess throttling. Tank port pressure may rise to 30 bar, letting the valve operate in systems that share a return header. An IP65 enclosure shields the coil from dust ingress and low-pressure water spray, supporting equipment that is cleaned in place. Electrical termination is provided through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector, enabling fast service exchanges. NBR seals, indicated by the M suffix, are suited to mineral oil hydraulics and resist common aging agents.
