The ZDR6DB2-4X/75YMV pressure reducing valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is used to stabilize hydraulic pressure in automation circuits. It is built in nominal size 6 and matches the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern, allowing direct sandwich plate mounting in stacked manifolds. Pressure is reduced through port B, where the secondary side can be limited to 75 bar while the inlet withstands up to 350 bar. Pilot oil is drawn internally and returned externally, and the setpoint is adjusted by a sleeve with a hexagon and a protective cap that shields the mechanism from debris.
The valve supports a maximum flow of 50 l/min and tolerates counter pressure up to 160 bar at port t(y). No check valve is included, so reverse flow control must be provided elsewhere in the circuit. FKM seal material resists aggressive hydraulic fluids, and system cleanliness should meet ISO 4406 20/18/15 to maintain reliable operation. The body is supplied without a locating hole, giving flexibility for dowel pin placement during installation.
