The PGF2-2X/016RE20VE4 internal gear pump belongs to the PGF Internal Gear Pumps series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for fixed-displacement hydraulic automation tasks. The drive shaft turns clockwise, so the pump must be coupled to a power source with the same rotation to prevent reverse flow. For cabinet or machine mounting, the pump uses an ISO 3019-2 80B4HW flange, allowing interchangeability with other metric hydraulic components. The square flange ports specified in DIN 3901/3902 simplify rigid pipe connections during assembly. On the pressure side, the bolt circle is 35 mm with a port diameter of 12 mm, dimensions that match common high-pressure fittings and keep flow losses low. The suction side employs a 40 mm bolt circle and a 20 mm port diameter so inlet velocity remains within recommended limits. Cleanliness class ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 sets the maximum particle load in the fluid to protect the internal gear set from premature wear.
