The BM6PN-1X/06D2-12/P5-6 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and consolidates hydraulic routing for automated machinery. As a bar manifold with a parallel flow circuit, it supplies the same pressure to every branch, enabling uniform actuator response. The body is machined from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 to provide strength against internal loads. Six stations are present, each accepting an NFPA D03 (size 6) directional valve so multiple functions can be managed on one assembly. Station spacing of 2.13 in balances compactness with service access, while SAE style 12 port threads allow direct connection to common tube fittings.
Pressure isolation is built in between stations 5 and 6, letting technicians isolate the last section without disturbing the rest of the circuit. The isolation arrangement uses a pressure-blocking design to prevent flow when the designated passage is closed. A maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi defines the working limit for all connected components. No relief cavity is machined into the block, so over-pressure protection must be supplied elsewhere in the system. A mounting kit is included to secure the manifold quickly to a machine frame or subplate, reducing installation time and alignment effort.
