The BM6PN-1X/03D2-12RCS is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series. Designed for hydraulic automation, it distributes fluid to stack-mounted directional control valves in parallel flow arrangements. The body is machined from 65-45-12 ductile iron, giving it the tensile strength needed for a maximum working pressure of 5000 psi. A parallel circuit layout ensures each station receives full pump flow without pressure drop from upstream valves. Three stations are available, so up to three NG6 D03 directional valves can be installed on the same base. The mounting surface follows the D03 interface and maintains a 2.13 in valve spacing to keep solenoids and wiring clear of adjacent blocks. Each station includes a P-in-nose Sun T-10A relief cavity, allowing a cartridge to protect the supply line without external piping.
System connections are provided through SAE threaded ports to simplify hose selection. The pump and tank lines use 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads, supplying adequate flow area for high-pressure return circuits. Work ports A and B are tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8 so cylinder or motor lines can attach directly. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port lets technicians read pressure without disturbing the main plumbing. All porting follows SAE style 12, ensuring uniform counter bores and spot faces. The block anchors to a machine frame with 5/16-18 screws driven into mounting holes 0.45 in deep, while each valve is secured by 10-24 bolts that engage 0.50 in of thread to resist pull-out during pressure surges.
