The ST1022011 accessory is produced by Vickers within the Vickers Hydraulic Accessories series and is intended to trigger control signals when hydraulic pressure reaches defined limits. It attaches to the system through a 1/4 in connection that ties the process fluid to the sensing element. A separate 1/4 in P port delivers the primary pressure input, while another 1/4 in drain port routes excess fluid away from the mechanism after actuation. Installation uses a threaded connection so the body can be fitted directly into a manifold or line without adapters. Two M6 mounting holes, each 14 mm deep, secure the housing against vibration once the unit is seated. The enclosure accepts electrical conduit through a 22.2 mm diameter entry, simplifying cable strain relief in crowded panels. Overall mass is 3.0 kg, allowing one person to position the switch during routine maintenance.
For signal generation, the device carries two SPDT contacts that change state when pressure crosses the chosen threshold, and both contacts are driven by separate microswitches so duplicate circuits can be wired for redundancy. The AC side of each microswitch handles up to 15 A at 125 VAC, enabling direct control of small solenoids or relays, while the DC side is limited to 0.5 A at 125 VDC for low-current logic inputs. Users set trip pressure anywhere between 0.7 MPa and 14 MPa, giving a broad adjustment range for diverse hydraulic tasks. The sealed body tolerates continuous line pressures as high as 35 MPa without leakage or deformation.
