The ST1021011 accessory is produced by Vickers for the Vickers Hydraulic Accessories series. It functions as a pressure-actuated switch for hydraulic automation circuits. Two SPDT micro-switches provide duplicate signal paths for control logic, and each micro-switch is rated for 125 V AC at 15 A to permit direct switching of solenoids or relays. For low-power control modules the contacts handle 125 V DC at 0.5 A. The electrical entry diameter of 22.2 mm accepts standard conduit fittings to protect wiring. Internal passages tolerate a maximum working pressure of 35 MPa so the unit can operate on high-pressure lines. A counterbore diameter of 10.3 mm centers the body against the mating manifold.
The adjustable mechanism allows setpoints between 0.7 MPa and 7 MPa, providing flexibility for different circuit requirements. The process connection is an Rc 1/4 pressure port for the incoming line, while a separate Rc 1/4 drain port routes pilot fluid back to tank. Installation is completed through two 7.1 mm mounting holes that align with M6 threads offering 14 mm of engagement, ensuring stable mounting on manifolds or brackets. The assembly weighs 3.0 kg, permitting one-person handling during routine maintenance.
