The SG307FV2150 is produced by Vickers within the Vickers Hydraulic Accessories series and is used in hydraulic automation systems. It incorporates an electromechanical changeover switch so electrical contacts reverse when the set condition is reached. Operation with either AC or DC voltage broadens control compatibility. A knurled handknob (V2) permits manual set-point adjustment. Maximum operating pressure is 500 bar, allowing use on high-pressure circuits. Repetitive accuracy is held within 1 % to keep switching points consistent. The contacts withstand 5 A at 250 V for ohmic AC loads, 5 A at 24 V for ohmic DC loads, and 4 A at 24 V for inductive DC loads.
An EN 175301-803 Type A electrical connector provides standardized wiring, and a Pg11 cable entry thread accepts common cable glands. IP65 ingress protection guards against dust and water jets. Subplate mounting simplifies replacement, with bolt holes set on a 44 mm circle for manifold alignment.
