The SG307-F-V2-350 pressure switch is manufactured by Vickers for the Vickers Hydraulic Accessories series and serves to initiate control actions in hydraulic circuits when pressure reaches a defined level. A knurled handknob with a locking screw provides manual adjustment so the user can fine-tune the trip point without tools. The setpoint can be raised up to 350 bar, and the device maintains a repetitive accuracy better than 1 percent to keep cycle timing stable. The hydraulic side tolerates system pressures up to 600 bar when used with the standard seal, allowing placement on high-pressure manifolds. An electromechanical changeover element delivers a single-pole switching signal, and the coil accepts either AC or DC supply. The contacts are rated for 5 A at 24 V DC and the same 5 A at 250 V AC to support direct operation of solenoids or relays.
Subplate mounting simplifies replacement, and the square 40 × 40 mm mounting face mates with standardized valve blocks. A bolt circle diameter of 44 mm aligns the fixing screws, while a 7 mm inner-diameter O-seal with a 1.5 mm section seals the pressure port against manifold leakage. Electrical wiring is routed through a Pg11 cable entry and terminates on an EN 175301-803 Type A connector, enabling quick disconnection during service. The enclosure meets IP65 so dust ingress and low-pressure jets of water do not affect operation. Despite its rugged build, the unit weighs only 0.5 kg, which minimizes stress on the manifold and eases handling during installation.
