KITPVH131

The KITPVH131 accessory kit is produced by Vickers and belongs to the Vickers Hydraulic Accessories series. It supports hydraulic automation by providing pressure compensation with load sensing for the related PVH131 pump. The compensator maintains circuit equilibrium through a load sense differential fixed at 20 bar (290 psi). Two adjustment screws carrying part number 860750 allow precise setting of the compensator spring stack. Matching lock nuts marked 860747, also supplied in a quantity of two, secure the adjustment screws after calibration to prevent drift. A single plug identified as 860749 closes an unused port, ensuring the housing remains sealed against fluid loss.

The kit includes a pressure limiter spool coded 857672 that reacts to downstream pressure rise and shifts the compensator to bypass flow when limits are exceeded. Primary sealing between the spool bore and the housing is provided by an O-ring with part number 396102. Two additional radial seals identified as 396096 sit on auxiliary lands to block internal leakage paths. A threaded orifice plug bearing number 928442 establishes the load sense bleed orifice and can be exchanged to alter response characteristics. Two cavity plugs labeled 627391 isolate unused pilot passages and streamline installation in pumps lacking those options. Together these elements support field assembly and maintenance of PVH131 units so that pressure-compensated load-sensing operation is reinstated after overhaul.
