It converts a pump to CV load-sensing control for hydraulic automation systems that require stable pressure and flow. The kit includes a control body, part number 857733, which houses the internal passages for the compensator assembly. A control spring, part number 857681, provides the restoring force that balances load pressure. The control employs a load-sense spool, part number 857673, to relay differential pressure signals, while a load-sense spring, part number 857688, positions that spool under low-demand conditions. A pressure limiter spool, part number 857672, is installed to cap maximum outlet pressure and protect connected actuators. These elements define the CV load-sensing compensator control type specified for the kit.
Installation hardware is also provided so the 02-125161 kit can be fitted directly to the pump housing.
