The V10F 1S3T 1C2G 20 hydraulic vane pump is produced by Vickers in the V Series Vane Pumps series. It supplies fluid to compact circuits in mobile or industrial machinery. The pump delivers a controlled flow of 2 US gpm to maintain consistent actuator speed in small hydraulic systems. Its displacement is 9.8 cm³ per revolution, which defines the volume moved each shaft turn. For durability, the unit sustains a maximum continuous pressure of 172 bar (2500 psi), allowing it to power medium-pressure circuits without overload. It reaches up to 4000 rpm on ring 3 so designers can match high shaft speeds with direct-drive engines, while a minimum speed of 650 rpm prevents internal leakage at light loads. Rotation is fixed to the right-hand (clockwise) direction so drive coupling must follow this orientation. The ring capacity of 3 US gpm at 1200 rpm and 100 psi shows available reserve flow when the element is staged for higher demand. Fluid exits inline with the inlet, simplifying manifold layouts in confined spaces.

The pump mounts with a 2-bolt SAE A flange, enabling quick replacement on standard power take-offs. A 1-5/16-12 straight thread is provided on the inlet port to accept common suction fittings, while pressure is discharged through a 3/4-16 straight thread on the primary outlet. Return flow can be routed to tank by a 3/4-16 straight thread port, keeping hose sizes uniform across the installation. An internal relief valve is preset to 121 bar (1750 psi) to protect downstream components from excessive load spikes. The steel drive shaft measures 0.75 in in diameter and extends 1.75 in beyond the housing, giving adequate engagement length for keyed couplings. By combining these mechanical and port features with the pressure and flow ratings given earlier, the pump integrates securely into automation loops that require compact form, consistent flow, and built-in overpressure protection.
