The 4535V60A35-1XX22X vane pump is produced by Vickers within the V Series Vane Pumps and supplies pressurized oil to hydraulic automation systems. A shaft-end displacement of 193 cm³ per revolution moves a large volume each turn for circuits that demand high flow. At 1,200 rpm this end provides a rated output of 60 US gpm to sustain rapid actuator movement. The cover end is sized at 112 cm³ per revolution, so it handles a smaller volume where lower flow is required. That side delivers 35 US gpm at the same speed, enabling balanced dual-flow operation. Continuous duty is permitted up to 172 bar, giving the pump capacity to maintain working pressure in heavy machinery. Starting is possible from 600 rpm, which supports soft-start drives. The inlet circuit tolerates up to 1.4 bar, protecting the pump when supply lines are slightly pressurized, and it can operate with suction down to –0.17 bar for reservoirs positioned below the pump. Because mounting attitude is unrestricted, the housing may be installed horizontally or vertically without impairing lubrication. A flange-mount pattern speeds attachment to power units, and the hydraulic ports use an SAE four-bolt flange with inch threads so standard North American fittings connect directly. Torque is transmitted through a 5/16-inch shaft key that prevents rotational slip under load. Together, these connection, mounting, and inlet limits allow the pump to integrate cleanly with the flow and pressure capabilities outlined above.
