The 35V35A 1C22R is produced by Vickers within the V Series Vane Pumps series and provides hydraulic power for automated machinery. It delivers 112 cm³ per revolution, which sets the volumetric output for each shaft turn, and produces 35 US gpm when operated at 1200 rpm. The usable speed band extends from 600 rpm to 1800 rpm so the pump can match low-flow startup conditions as well as higher demand cycles. Clockwise rotation is specified when viewed from the shaft end, and power transfer is made through a 5/16 in shaft key. A flange mount interface allows direct attachment to standard motor adapters, while the vane mechanism works best with hydraulic oils whose viscosity is no lower than 13 cSt.
The housing tolerates working pressures up to 172 bar and accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 1.4 bar, enabling the pump to handle typical return-line and suction conditions in industrial circuits. Fluid temperature may rise to 99 °C without exceeding material limits, and viscosities as high as 54 cSt remain permissible for cold-start operation. The outlet is inline with the inlet so plumbing runs stay compact, and both ports use an SAE 4-bolt flange connection with inch threads for compatibility with North American hose assemblies. These features combine to keep a stable flow in hydraulic automation systems that rely on a vane pumping principle.
