The 35V35A 11B22R vane pump is built by Vickers within the V Series Vane Pumps series. It supplies pressurized oil for hydraulic automation systems that require a fixed flow source. The displacement is 112 cm³ per revolution (6.83 in³/r), and the unit produces 35 US gpm at 1200 rpm and 100 psi. Permitted operating speed extends from 600 rpm to 1800 rpm so the same pump can satisfy low- and high-demand circuits. Viewed from the shaft end it rotates clockwise, and twelve vanes ride in the rotor to keep flow ripple low. Drive torque is transferred through a 14-tooth 12/24 DP involute spline that matches standard industrial couplings. A flange mount secures the housing directly to the power source without additional brackets.
Fluid enters through a SAE four-bolt flange inlet and leaves through a matching four-bolt flange outlet positioned 90° counter-clockwise from the inlet. Inlet pressure may drop to –0.17 bar (5 inHg) or rise to 1.4 bar (20 psi) while maintaining proper charge at the pumping elements. The outlet circuit can be pressurized continuously to 172 bar (2500 psi). Hydraulic oil temperature is allowed up to 99 °C (210 °F) during sustained duty. These port, pressure, and temperature limits enable the 35V35A 11B22R to operate as a compact source of steady flow in automated hydraulic machinery.
