The 3525V30A21 1AA22R vane pump is manufactured by Vickers as part of the V Series Vane Pumps. It supplies hydraulic flow for automation by combining two pumping cartridges in a common housing. The shaft end displaces 97 cm³ per revolution (5.91 in³/r), while the cover end moves 67 cm³ per revolution (4.13 in³/r), so the unit can feed circuits that require unequal volumes. At 1200 rpm outlet 1 delivers 30 gpm and outlet 2 provides 21 gpm, supporting parallel actuator groups. The pump is designed for clockwise rotation and sustains input speeds up to 1800 rpm to match typical motor drives. A flange mount interface positions the casing firmly against power unit frames and simplifies alignment with the prime mover.
Acceptable fluid viscosity ranges from 13 cSt to 54 cSt to keep internal leakage and wear within limits. Suction conditions are controlled by an inlet pressure limit of 1.4 bar (20 psi) and by permitting up to 5 in Hg vacuum, protecting the vanes from cavitation. Both pumping sections withstand working pressures to 172 bar (2500 psi), so the assembly fits medium-pressure machinery. Piping attaches through SAE 4-bolt flanges on the inlet and both outlets, and the ports are threaded in inch sizes for compatibility with North American fittings. The connection layout places outlet 1 opposite the inlet and sets outlet 2 at 135° counter-clockwise, which aids compact hose routing inside power packs.
