It uses clockwise rotation to align flow paths with standard manifold layouts, and the operating window extends from a minimum of 600 rpm to a maximum of 1800 rpm so the machine controller can modulate output without stalling or overspeeding the cartridge. A 14-tooth 12/24 spline input shaft provides positive torque transfer from electric or diesel prime movers, while the shaft can accept up to 580 Nm of torque to accommodate pressure spikes without damage. The rotor’s moment of inertia is limited to 0.001629 N·m·s², which minimizes start-up energy and shortens accel-decel cycles in servo-regulated drives. Fluid enters through a four-bolt flange inlet, giving rigid pipe support in mobile frames, and leaves through Outlet 1 that sits inline with the inlet to simplify straight-through plumbing. A second discharge path is set 45 degrees counter-clockwise from the inlet, allowing compact return routing when dual circuits are required.

The shaft end section displaces 112 cm³ per revolution and can deliver 35 gpm at 1200 rpm and 100 psi, giving the primary work port enough volume for conveyors, presses, or steering gear. Its allowable pressure peaks reach 172 bar, permitting moderate-duty actuation without exceeding housing stress limits. The cover end section supplements the main flow with 18 cm³ per revolution and supplies 5 gpm under the same baseline conditions, which suits pilot circuits or lubrication branches; this smaller stage tolerates up to 207 bar so higher control pressures can be sourced independently of the main outlet. Both stages share the same hydraulic core, yet the cover end is isolated so simultaneous low-flow/high-pressure and high-flow/low-pressure functions can run from one package. Oil leaves the auxiliary channel through an Outlet 2 that uses a straight-thread connector to permit leak-free attachment of flexible hose assemblies in confined panels.
