The 3520V25A12 1CC22R vane pump belongs to the V Series Vane Pumps and is manufactured by Vickers for supplying controlled hydraulic flow to industrial automation circuits. The 81 cm³ per revolution displacement at the shaft end sets the primary volume delivered each turn of the drive shaft, while the 40 cm³ per revolution displacement at the cover end provides a secondary flow for auxiliary functions. A maximum pressure rating of 172 bar (2500 psi) on the shaft end enables the pump to serve high-pressure actuators, and a 159 bar (2300 psi) limit on the cover end protects components on the lower-pressure branch. The inlet may not exceed 1.4 bar (20 psi), limiting suction line back-pressure and helping to prevent cavitation. The pump must run at least 600 rpm so that internal vanes maintain oil film and volumetric efficiency. Clockwise rotation when viewed from the shaft end matches common electric motor orientation in North American machinery.
The unit uses a flange mount, allowing direct attachment to standard motor or bracket faces without additional adapters. Hydraulic ports are formed as an SAE 4-bolt flange, and the inch thread pattern accepts common pipe fittings used in domestic plants. Outlet 1 is inline with the inlet so primary flow can travel straight through the housing, whereas Outlet 2 is located 45° clockwise from the inlet to simplify routing of the secondary circuit. Ring capacity at Outlet 1 is 25 gallons per minute, defining the peak flow available to the main hydraulic branch, and ring capacity at Outlet 2 is 12 gallons per minute for proportionally lower auxiliary flow.
