The 2520V14A12 11DC22R is a double vane pump built by Vickers for the V Series Vane Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic circuits in automation systems where two independent flows are needed from a single drive. The pump attaches with a flange mount, and its shaft turns clockwise when viewed from the drive end. The cover section displaces 40 cm³ per revolution (2.47 in³/rev) while the shaft section moves 45 cm³ per revolution (2.78 in³/rev); these volumes set the amount of oil delivered per turn. At 1200 rpm and 100 psi, the cover end delivers 12 GPM and the shaft end supplies 14 GPM, giving balanced flow for tooling and clamp functions. Continuous operation is supported down to 600 rpm for idle modes and up to 1800 rpm for peak demand, while the cover end withstands 159 bar (2300 psi) during sustained duty. A SAE four-bolt flange port secures the pressure connection without leakage.

The shaft end tolerates a higher continuous working pressure of 172 bar (2500 psi) so the second circuit can run at elevated load. Inlet pressure must not exceed 1.4 bar (20 psi) to prevent cavitation and seal failure. The housing provides two pressure outlets; the first is located 90° clockwise from the inlet and the second is positioned 45° clockwise from the inlet, allowing compact hose routing in crowded manifolds. Inch threads are used on all ports to match common North American tube fittings and minimize adaptation hardware. These directional and connection features simplify installation in mobile or stationary machines where space is limited. Combined with the previously noted displacement and speed range, this pressure capability and port geometry define a pump suited for reliable dual-flow hydraulic automation.
