The 20V14A 1D22R vane pump is manufactured by Vickers as part of the V Series Vane Pumps series. It drives hydraulic automation systems by delivering a fixed displacement of 45 cm³ per revolution. A rated flow of 14 gpm at 1200 rpm and 100 psi provides predictable actuator movement under light load. The unit withstands a maximum continuous pressure of 138 bar, supporting medium-pressure circuit requirements. Inlet conditions may reach 1.4 bar to keep the charge side above vapor pressure, while the allowable suction limit is –0.17 bar for installations where the reservoir is below the pump. Fluid exits through a port positioned 90° clockwise from the inlet to simplify rigid line routing in compact power packs.
Clockwise shaft-end rotation aligns with standard right-hand prime movers, and a 22.23 mm shaft diameter fits common 7/8-inch couplings. The input member can transmit up to 250 Nm of torque so the vane set can produce the required flow without slip. Operating speed spans from 600 rpm to 1800 rpm, enabling use with variable-speed electric motors. Hydraulic lines attach by way of an SAE 4-bolt flange, and the ports are threaded in inch sizes for compatibility with North American fittings. These connection and performance features help integrators place the pump reliably in fixed or variable-speed hydraulic automation circuits.
