The V2010 1F9S2S 11AA12 vane pump is manufactured by Vickers for the Square Vane Pumps series and supplies hydraulic power to automated actuators. The unit operates with clockwise rotation when viewed from the shaft end, and the shaft extension measures 1.62 in to align with common drive hubs. A 13-tooth spline with a 0.873 in major diameter transfers torque without keying. Fluid enters through a 4-bolt flange inlet, and the housing attaches to the prime mover by means of a 2-bolt SAE B flange, forming a compact assembly for mobile or industrial manifolds.
Discharge flow is split between the two cartridge rings; the shaft-end ring delivers 9 GPM through a 1.0625-12 UN-2B threaded port, while the cover-side ring provides 2 GPM to a 0.750-16 UN-2B port. The outlets are oriented with O2 at 135° counterclockwise and O1 directly opposite so hoses can clear adjacent components. These configuration points round out the interface data and allow the pump to be matched correctly to downstream valves and reservoirs.
