The V20 1P7P 1A11 vane pump is produced by Vickers within the Square Vane Pumps series and supplies hydraulic flow for automated equipment. Design code 11 distinguishes the internal rotor and cam ring configuration used in this model. A displacement of 22.8 cm³ per revolution, or 1.39 in³ per revolution, defines the volume of fluid moved during each shaft turn. When driven at 1200 rpm and 100 psi, it delivers a rated capacity of 7 US gpm to the circuit. The pump can operate up to 3000 rpm, permitting higher flow in compact power units. Its maximum working pressure is limited to 172 bar (2500 psi) to protect housings and seals from overload. Clockwise rotation viewed from the shaft end matches standard engine drives, and a 2-bolt SAE A flange provides a secure mounting point.
A sealed bearing supports the shaft to keep lubricant inside the housing and reduce service needs. The unit is supplied with a standard cover that matches common manifold layouts. Fluid enters through a 1.25 in NPT threaded inlet port and exits through a 0.75 in NPT threaded outlet on the cover. These two connections are arranged with the outlet opposite the inlet in position A to facilitate straight-through piping. A single lip shaft seal prevents external leakage along the drive shaft under rated pressure. Together, these porting and sealing features allow the pump to integrate quickly into fixed-displacement hydraulic circuits that rely on stable, vane-type flow sources.
